by purchasing, downloading, or using any products from ari's bytes, you agree to the following terms:

general

‣ 18+ only - you must be 18 or older to purchase, download, or use any paid products from ari's bytes.

‣ do not claim any ari's bytes products (avatars or assets) as your own creation.

‣ products, including edits, may not be used, shared, or uploaded for AI training, NFTs, blockchain, or similar purposes.

‣ all purchases are final. refunds and chargebacks are not accepted. ari's bytes is not liable for unauthorised purchases. any payment reversal may result in revoked access and a permanent ban.

‣ all files are uniquely generated per buyer. if leaked or shared, they can be traced back to you. keep your files secure - you are responsible for them.

‣ violating these terms may result in loss of access to updates, support, or future purchases.

‣ any third-party assets will be credited in the product description or in the download’s credits & licences folder.

‣ assets and avatars may not be shared or bundled in kits, server dumps, or project files, even if not sold.

‣ basic knowledge of unity/blender is required. i do not offer one-on-one setup assistance.

avatars

‣ avatars are for personal use only. redistribution, resale, file sharing, or uploading to another user’s account is prohibited. each licence is for one user only - do not share with friends, partners, or alt accounts.

‣ you may edit or customise avatars, but must retain their core structure, silhouette, and aesthetic. headswaps or bodyswaps are not allowed. edits do not transfer ownership.

‣ do not extract or reuse assets from avatars, even if you own them elsewhere. this includes clothing, body parts, textures, systems, or any other components.

‣ uploading any ari's bytes avatar as public (searchable or cloneable) is never permitted.

‣ avatars may be shown in non-commercial streams or videos (e.g. twitch, youtube) with clear credit.

monetised or sponsored use requires permission.

‣ ari's bytes avatars may include third-party systems (e.g. wholesome toggles). these are pre-configured for convenience; advanced support is not provided. see the discord server for full credits.

‣ i am not responsible for issues caused by vrchat or unity updates but will provide fixes when possible.

assets

‣ all assets are for personal and commercial use on completed models ONLY. redistribution, file sharing, or reselling them as stand-alone products - even when edited - is strictly prohibited.

‣ you may recolour, resize, or adjust purchased assets for your project, but edits do not transfer ownership - all remain covered by these terms.

‣ when used on public, nitro, free, or commercial avatars, clear credit to ari's bytes is required on every product page. for head edits, the original creator’s terms also apply - please follow both.

‣ do not extract ari's bytes assets from other products for reuse or repurpose them as freebies, kits, or stand-alone sales.

support & access

‣ if incorrect, incomplete or false information is submitted during purchase (e.g. discord tag, fake usernames, etc.), your access may be revoked and your email banned without refund.

to regain access, please open a ticket in my discord server with valid proof of purchase.
